Our products are backed by the manufacturer’s original warranties. If there is an issue with the product, we will work with you to help get the issue resolved. Replacement / repairs are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Disposable items such as training materials along with any electronic products are non refundable / replaceable. Any physical item returned must be in the original packaging and a 20% restock fee will apply.
